Comments:
The G3M made its debut on August 14, 1937 with an attack on Taipai, Taiwan, travelling 1,249 miles to reach thier target. Probably the most notable action was the G3M's involvement in the attack which resulted in the sinking of the battleship HMS Prince of Wales and the battle-cruiser HMS Repulse on December 10, 1941. By 1943 the type had been relegated to secondary roles.
